Role Overview:
We’re looking for someone who can become the voice of the company for our clients — traders from all over the world.
Your main responsibility will be to support users at every stage of their journey: from registration and payment to verification and payouts.
You’ll help them solve issues quickly, clearly, and respectfully — making sure every trader feels supported and valued.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming requests via email
- Support traders through challenge phases, funded accounts, and payouts
- Help with issues related to payments, accounts, KYC, and verification
- Report bugs, technical issues, and escalate them to the IT team
- Create and maintain FAQ, templates, and support materials (in English)
- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional tone in all communication
What We Expect:
- English level B2 or higher — you must understand inquiries and reply clearly and professionally
- Experience in supporting IT products, fintech, or crypto services is a strong plus
- Confident communication, especially when handling dissatisfied clients
- Ability to navigate systems quickly and find answers independently
- Attention to detail, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
