Customer Support Specialist, Italian

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can become the voice of the company for our Italian-speaking users.

Your main responsibility will be to support traders through every step of their journey — from registration and payments to KYC, funded accounts, and payouts.

You’ll help them solve issues quickly and clearly, ensuring every trader feels respected, valued, and supported.

• Respond to incoming support requests in Italian via email and chat
• Guide users through the challenge process, funded account setup, and payouts
• Help resolve issues related to accounts, payments, verification, and trading platform usage
• Escalate bugs and technical problems to the dev team
• Maintain internal documentation, FAQs, and response templates
• Deliver professional, friendly, and clear communication at all times

• Fluent in Italian and English (B2 or higher)
• Strong written communication skills in both languages
• Previous experience in customer support (preferably fintech, crypto, or SaaS)
• Confidence in handling complex questions and frustrated users calmly
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and document clearly
• Tech-savvy mindset and strong attention to detail
• Bonus: understanding of crypto, trading, or financial platforms
