Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can support our Portuguese-speaking traders across Brazil, Portugal, and other regions.
You’ll be the go-to contact for users at every step of their journey — from registration and verification to funded accounts and payouts.
Your job is to solve problems quickly, clearly, and respectfully — always making sure the trader feels heard and supported.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries in Portuguese via email and chat
- Support users through registration, payment, KYC, challenge phases, and funded account stages
- Handle account issues, payment problems, and platform-related questions
- Escalate bugs or complex technical issues to the development team
- Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and templates in Portuguese
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (B2+)
- Experience in customer support (bonus if in fintech, trading, or crypto)
- Ability to de-escalate and resolve issues with patience and professionalism
- Confident using internal tools and navigating CRM or support platforms
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and customer-first mindset
- Bonus: understanding of crypto trading and platforms
