Role Overview:
We’re looking for a curious, research-driven data analyst who goes beyond dashboards — someone who can spot trends, detect anomalies, generate hypotheses, and drive product decisions.
We already operate with a high-volume data stream — covering everything from funnel performance to trading metrics. Now we need to structure that data and build a scalable, insight-driven analytics system to support our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze the full funnel: registration → challenge payment → phase 1/2 → funded → payout
- Detect anomalies in trader behavior: scammers, multi-account users, high-risk profiles
- Build reports on key metrics: CR, ROI, churn, LTV, win rate, payout rate
- Run A/B tests across products, UI, and marketing hypotheses
- Find correlations between challenge type, trader behavior, and outcomes
- Provide ongoing reporting for the risk, marketing, and support teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong SQL skills; Python or R is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in analytics for digital products or fintech
- Ability to not just visualize data, but clearly explain insights and implications
- Initiative to influence the product — not afraid to propose bold ideas
- Understanding of trading metrics: PnL, drawdown, win rate, RR, and more
- English — good reading and comprehension skills (for documentation, specs, etc.)
