What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the entire IT function: developers, DevOps, QA
- Design and implement platform architecture with a focus on scalability and performance
- Build and optimize backend infrastructure and APIs
- Manage development workflows: task tracking, CI/CD, tech documentation
- Ensure system reliability, uptime, and security compliance
- Oversee key integrations (brokers, payment systems, third-party APIs)
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver new features
- Build and grow the internal tech team: recruitment, onboarding, leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in a leadership role: Head of IT, CTO, or Senior Tech Lead
- Strong background in backend development, architecture, and systems design
- Proven experience leading tech teams (3+ people)
- Deep understanding of fintech or trading logic: PnL, margin, equity
- Ability to document and communicate tech strategy clearly
- English proficiency (B2+) is mandatory — for communication, documentation, and coordination
- Experience working with distributed teams is a plus
- Based in Europe or available to work in European time zones
