Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Security Specialist who can help us keep our infrastructure safe, resilient, and compliant with high standards.
You’ll work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate security into development processes, respond to risks, and build scalable protection systems.

What you'll do:
- Ensure implementation of Secure by Design and Privacy by Default principles
- Collaborate with dev teams to improve security workflows and awareness
- Work with penetration test reports, bug bounty submissions, and vulnerability assessments
- Help build and test incident response and disaster recovery plans
- Translate technical risks into actionable business decisions
- Create and maintain security documentation and internal guidelines
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a similar role
- Strong understanding of architecture-level security and threat modeling
- Experience working directly with development teams
- Ability to interpret and prioritize technical findings from pentests
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency (B2+ minimum)
Key Metrics We Track:
- Number of active partners
- Traffic, signups, and payments from affiliate sources
- ROMI of affiliate campaigns
- Number of direct deals with strong influencers
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with PHP, Go, Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
- Experience with IAM, DLP, XDR, SOC, or Red/Blue/Purple team work
- Relevant certifications (CEH, GCIH, CISSP, etc.)
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection practices
- Experience running internal or external audits
