Hash Hedge is a global prop trading company that gives traders around the world access to capital and the conditions they need to grow.

Our platform is already used by traders in dozens of countries, and we’re scaling fast — expanding the product and strengthening the team. We’re building an ecosystem where traders can earn and experts can thrive inside a strong, fast-growing, and tech-driven company.

We’re looking for a designer who can create clean, structured, and conversion-oriented design solutions for a product that operates with real money, real data, and a global audience.

You’ll be working on landing pages, dashboards, user accounts, progress animations, and data visuals — everything should be clear, minimalistic, and persuasive.

• Design landing pages, offer pages, and sales funnels (from idea to final layout)
• Build platform interfaces: trader dashboards, challenge maps, performance stats, progress charts, tables
• Create Figma prototypes (mobile & desktop), UI kits, design components
• Prepare designs for dev handoff: collaborate with frontend devs (React) and layout designers
• Maintain design guidelines, layout logic, and thoughtful typography
• Support product and marketing with high-quality visuals

• Strong portfolio in web design (bonus if you have fintech, crypto, trading, or edtech projects)
• Great eye for clean layouts and strong visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); Tilda or Webflow
• Solid understanding of UX and mobile responsiveness
• Ability to follow brand guidelines — and improve them where needed
• Structural thinking, attention to detail, and user-centered design approach
