Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to launch and scale a performance-based partner network in Brazil.
You’ll be responsible for working with local creators, YouTube influencers, Telegram/Discord communities, and affiliate platforms — bringing in high-quality traffic and building a strong local partner base.

Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage the affiliate program from the ground up
- Find and onboard affiliates, YouTube creators, traders, Discord communities
- Handle communication, negotiations, and ongoing partner support
- Analyze performance metrics: ROI, CR, retention, refunds, payouts
- Develop and optimize offers, bonuses, and promotional materials
- Manage payouts and agree on individual terms with high-performing partners
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing (ideally in Brazil or LatAm)
- Deep understanding of affiliate funnels and acquisition metrics
- Portuguese — fluent/native; English — upper-intermediate
- Familiarity with the Brazilian digital media and creator market
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Big plus: knowledge of crypto, trading, or fintech
Key Metrics We Track:
- Number of active partners
- Traffic, signups, and payments from affiliate sources
- ROMI of affiliate campaigns
- Number of direct deals with strong influencers
