Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager who can take ownership of the Russian-speaking affiliate landscape: find trading influencers, negotiate with YouTube channels, launch CPA and RevShare models, and build scalable acquisition channels through local communities and media.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage the affiliate program in the Russian market
- Source and onboard affiliates, influencers, YouTubers, Telegram/Discord communities
- Handle communication and negotiations with partners
- Monitor key metrics: ROI, CR, retention, refunds, payouts
- Develop and localize offers, promos, and bonus structures
- Coordinate partner payouts and special terms for top performers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing
- Understanding of affiliate funnels and traffic monetization
- Ability to identify and test non-obvious traffic sources (local Telegram channels, forums, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and affiliate platforms
- Native Russian speaker with strong communication skills
- Big plus: interest or experience in crypto, trading, or investing niches
Key Metrics We Track:
- Number of active partners
- Traffic, signups, and payments from affiliate sources
- ROMI of affiliate campaigns
- Number of direct deals with high-performing influencers
