Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Content Marketer who can help us scale our English-speaking YouTube channel: generate ideas, research trends, build video structures, track analytics, and grow visibility in recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage the affiliate program from the ground up
- Find and onboard affiliates, YouTube creators, traders, Discord communities
- Handle communication, negotiations, and ongoing partner support
- Analyze performance metrics: ROI, CR, retention, refunds, payouts
- Develop and optimize offers, bonuses, and promotional materials
- Manage payouts and agree on individual terms with high-performing partners
What You'll Do:
- Analyze competitors, trends, and content landscape (trading / crypto / prop firms / fintech)
- Create content calendars and briefs for video content in English
- Help structure scripts: strong hooks, retention strategies, clear CTAs
- Analyze video performance: CTR, watch time, engagement, subscribers
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, tags, and descriptions (together with the producer and designer)
- Coordinate with editors and on-camera speakers
- Propose and test new formats and hypotheses for viral growth
Requirements:
- Experience working with YouTube (as a content marketer, producer, or editor)
- Understanding of YouTube algorithms and engaging content principles
- Excellent English — you can write and edit video scripts and briefs confidently
- Interest in trading / investing / crypto (experience in the niche is a big plus)
- Strategic mindset — you understand not just content, but the entire marketing funnel
