Role Overview:
We’re looking for a strong SMM Specialist who can turn Instagram into an effective sales channel: building content, managing audience attention, and boosting trust in the brand.

What you’ll do:
- Plan content: 3–5 posts per week + Stories daily
- Generate ideas, write posts and Stories, brief the designer on cover visuals
- Come up with and test different formats: Story chains, carousels, quizzes, educational and trigger-based Reels
- Publish content, reply to comments, answer DMs
- Analyze engagement, adjust content strategy based on metrics
- Generate ideas for Reels (trend-based, educational, or viral potential), analyze performance
- Suggest and test new hypotheses
- Brief the video editor on Reels
- Maintain a daily metrics report
- Continuously refine strategy based on performance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing Instagram accounts in crypto / investing / trading / finance niches
- Ability to create Reels, spot trends, and adapt them for the project’s target audience
- Confident English (B2+): you can write posts, Stories, and Reels ideas in English and understand the mindset of an international audience
- Solid understanding of funnel mechanics and warm-up strategy — you know how to build multi-step touchpoints and drive conversions
- Excellent writing skills, creative thinking, and strong content intuition
Huge plus if:
- You’re familiar with crypto and trading and genuinely interested in the space
