Role Overview:
We’re looking for a strong SMM Specialist who can turn our Instagram into an effective sales channel in the Brazilian market — by creating content, managing audience attention, and building trust with local followers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule content: 3–5 posts per week + daily stories
- Generate content ideas, write captions and stories in Portuguese
- Prepare briefs for designers (covers, carousels, post layouts)
- Test and launch different formats: story chains, carousels, quizzes, educational or viral reels
- Publish posts, reply to comments and DMs
- Analyze engagement and adjust content strategy based on metrics
- Come up with Reels ideas (trend-based, educational, or viral)
- Suggest and test new hypotheses and content experiments
- Brief the video editor for Reels
- Maintain daily reports in the tracking sheet
- Iterate strategy based on performance
Requirements:
- Experience managing Instagram in crypto / finance / investing / trading niche
- Familiar with Reels and trends — and can adapt them to our target audience in Brazil
- Fluent Portuguese — you’ll create all posts, stories, and Reels ideas for the Brazilian market
- Confident English — enough to communicate with the global team and understand the product
- Understanding of funnels, nurturing, and conversion paths
- Strong writing skills, aesthetic sense, and creative thinking
Big plus if you:
- Have knowledge of crypto or trading
- Are passionate about helping people enter the financial market
