Role Overview:

We’re looking for a support specialist who can become the voice of the company for our Russian-speaking users — mostly traders from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and other CIS countries.

Your main responsibility will be to guide users through the full journey: from registration and payment to verification and payouts.

You’ll help them resolve issues quickly, clearly, and respectfully — making sure every trader feels supported and valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Russian via email, chat, and other support channels
  • Support users through all product stages: registration, payments, KYC, challenge phases, and funded accounts
  • Handle issues related to accounts, transactions, verification, payouts
  • Identify and report bugs or technical issues to the dev team
  • Maintain and update knowledge base, FAQs, and message templates in Russian
  • Communicate in a helpful, respectful, and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Russian (native or C2) — both written and spoken
  • Confident English (B2 or higher) — for internal communication
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in fintech / trading / crypto
  • Ability to work with dissatisfied clients and resolve issues calmly
  • Fast learner who can work independently and find solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM and support tools
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset
  • Bonus if you understand the trading or crypto environment
