Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in France who can become the voice of the company for our users — traders from all over the world.

Your main responsibility will be to support users at every stage of their journey: from registration and payment to verification and payouts.

You’ll help them solve issues quickly, clearly, and respectfully — ensuring every trader feels supported and valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming support requests via email
  • Assist users through challenge phases, funded accounts, and payout processes
  • Handle inquiries related to payments, KYC/verification, account access
  • Report bugs and technical issues to the IT team
  • Create and maintain internal FAQs, response templates, and support documentation (in English)
  • Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional tone in all communication

What We Expect:

  • Fluent in English (B2+ level minimum); French fluency is a strong advantage
  • Based in France (or able to work French timezone hours)
  • Experience in supporting digital products, fintech, or crypto services is a strong plus
  • Excellent written communication skills — especially in sensitive situations
  • Self-sufficient: able to navigate systems and find answers independently
  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail and empathy
